Terms of Service

1. Subject

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between RoboSpa and the users of the mobile app and the car washes in Sofia. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Registration

Subscriptions and the app features (wallet, loyalty, referrals) require registration with a valid phone number and email. A single wash can also be paid on-site without an account. You are responsible for the access to your account.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in euro (€) including VAT.
• Payment on-site — by card or cash at the terminal — or through the app (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• A receipt/invoice is issued automatically — at the terminal or in the app.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time from the app — no penalties.
• The subscription includes monthly wash credits (Personal — 6, Family — 10 for up to 5 cars). Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

5. Liability

Before a wash you must:

• Close all windows and the sunroof.
• Fold the side mirrors, if recommended.
• Turn off the wipers and their automatic activation.
• Remove external accessories (antennas, roof racks, bike carriers).

RoboSpa is not liable for damage arising from failure to follow these requirements, or for defects on the car that existed before the wash.

6. Referral program

See the full terms on the Referral program page. Multiple accounts from a single device are rejected.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app at least 14 days in advance.

8. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent court in Sofia.
