From €7.99 for the Basic program to €14.99 for VIP with nano-ceramic protection. Prices are the same at all 5 locations. Between 22:00 and 07:00 there's a −30% night rate on the automatic programs.
5 automatic programs (Basic, Standard, Comfort ★, Premium, VIP) + self-service (€0.50/min) + vacuums (€0.25/min). VIP includes a nano-ceramic/graphene coating that competitors don't offer.
3 minutes for Basic, 5 for Comfort, up to 7 minutes for VIP. You stay in your car.
Not necessarily. On-site you can pay by card or cash at the terminal, or scan the QR code with your phone camera (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The app, though, gives you a wallet, subscriptions, a referral program and a bonus — every 7th wash is free.
Personal Comfort is €49/month for 6 Comfort washes, Personal VIP €59 for 6 VIP washes. It pays for itself within a few washes. Family plans (€79/€99) give 10 washes for up to 5 cars.

Yes. The bays are fully touchless and brushless — no brushes, just pressurized water jets and active foam. There's no contact between brush and paint, so it's safer for your car than hand washing.
The app shows a retry button and a link to support. If the problem lasts more than 5 minutes, the amount is refunded automatically. When you pay as a guest via the site, you get an email confirmation.
