RoboSpa operates a network of car washes in Sofia and provides a mobile app for booking and payment. For questions related to personal data, write to support@robospa.eu.

2. What data we collect

• Name, phone and email when you register in the app.
• Your vehicle's licence plate (for recognition at the bay).
• Payment and wash history.
• Technical data — IP address, device type, app version.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service (starting a wash, payment).
• To issue a receipt and invoice (legal obligation).
• For support and communication with you.
• To analyse and improve the service (anonymised).

4. Retention period

Payment data is kept for 10 years (accounting requirement). Marketing data — until you withdraw consent. Technical logs — up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

• Access to your personal data.
• Correction or erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Data portability.
• Objection to processing for marketing purposes.
• Complaint to the CPDP (Commission for Personal Data Protection).

6. Sharing with third parties

Your data is not sold. We share only with:

• Payment providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Cloud hosting providers (with signed DPA agreements).
• Government authorities — only when legally required.
